Fiesta Concepts is a Tempe based family owned restaurant management company. David and Pamela Salazar have been successfully operating restaurants for over 39 years. David worked for his father Manuel Salazar in grade school bussing tables and seating customers.

Fiesta Concepts is proud to be in its three generation of family ownership. Michael Salazar, David and Pamela’s son has been working in all aspects of the restaurant business from washing dishes to creating new dishes and promoting them on television. Michael is also classically trained chef from the Arizona Culinary Institute. Breanna Salazar, David and Pamela’s daughter oversees the daily management operation and continues to improve our training programs to better serve our guests. Breanna is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and utilizes her communications degree daily as our front of the house leader.

Fiesta Concepts is proud that not only are we a family run business, our staff is also our “extended” family. Denton Lankford is one of our management leaders who has lead our teams for over 35 years. Linda Kelley in our catering department has been helping our business client feed their offices successfully for over 20 years and before that she worked as a manager totaling over 35 years with us. Our lead cook, Ricardo Perez, started as a dishwasher in 1981 and has become one of the most consistent and dedicated cooks in town.
